This is Kerry’s proprietary view into the flavor and ingredients that shape the taste market across sweet, beverage, savory and salty snack categories.
The pandemic brought a return to familiar and nostalgic tastes and this trend is expected to continue over the coming year as people seek comfort from their food and beverages. Kerry also identifies the tastes that are Up & Coming and Emerging and can be considered when planning for novel menu items.
