Roche Dietitians Education Center

Roche Dietitians offers individual nutrition consultations as well as group classes. Office sessions are held at the Roche Dietitians Education Center located in beautiful downtown Riverside, Illinois. We are also available to come to your group to present a nutrition seminar. Group classes range from 60-90 minutes and are all taught by Registered Dietitians. To schedule an appointment or to sign-up for a class please call our office at (708) 442-0123.

Individual Counseling
ROCHE DIETITIANS provide office or telephone nutrition consultation services for individual clients. We personalize the session based on your specific nutrition concerns and provide suggestions to meet your lifestyle needs. Our dietitians are qualified in various SPECIALTY AREAS so we can match you with the most qualified professional. From pediatrics to the older adult, our services will benefit those trying to manage a chronic disease, lose weight, plan meals, or just striving to be healthy.

Group Classes
Roche Dietitians offers the following group nutrition classes:

Smart CHOICES for Health™ - A self-paced program that puts you in charge of your weight.
Power Nutrition for Women - Learn the relationship between nutrition and disease while exploring the use of food and supplements to protect your health.
Easing into Menopause with Nutrition and Herbs - Learn the latest on managing menopausal symptoms with diet and herbs. Gain insight into making healthy lifestyle choices during these important years. Women ages 40 and up will benefit from participating.
Becoming Vegetarian or Almost Vegetarian - Explore the pleasures of becoming vegetarian. Helpful guidelines and tips for those who want to be vegan as well as those who want to adopt a more plant based diet. Vegetarianism and disease prevention will be highlighted.
Becoming Vegetarian or Almost Vegetarian (For Teens) - So you want to become vegetarian? Gain helpful guidelines and tips for following a healthy vegetarian diet. Easy meals and fast foods will be highlighted.
Supermarket Savvy™: Healthy Shopping Strategies - Make the most of your time at the grocery stores. Take an aisle by aisle virtual tour of the grocery stores. Learn which foods pack the most disease fighting nutrition. Label reading will be emphasized.
Sports Nutrition for the Athlete (Adult or High School) - Come meet a sports nutritionist who will highlight the important nutrients for optimal performance. Fad diets and supplement use will be addressed.

Office Consultations: Full payment is expected at time of visit.
Telephone Consultations: Payment must be made in full prior to the first session. Make check or money order payable to Roche Dietitians, LLC.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of all appointments.

Insurance Coverage
Some insurance companies cover nutrition services. Call your insurance company to verify coverage of medical nutrition therapy. We accept Medicare insurance for diabetes and pre-dialysis kidney disease nutrition counseling with a physician referral.
